Unregistered Users: Browsing without account creation.
Registered Users: Account created, biodata not yet approved.
Members: Account and biodata both approved.
By using the Site, you consent to the collection, processing, and display of personal information (including sensitive data). If you object, do not register or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
A. You must be of legal marriageable age under Bangladeshi law (18+ for females, 21+ for males).
B. The Site is solely for individuals legally permitted to marry.
C. You confirm that you are legally competent and not barred from marriage.
D. Casual engagements are strictly prohibited. purnota.org reserves the right to terminate any account found in violation.
E. You consent to your biodata being visible to other marriage-seeking users.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify purnota.org immediately in case of any unauthorized access.
4. General Terms
This Agreement is active throughout your use of the site.
You may request a refund for unused connections. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Non-Commercial Use
This platform is for individual use only. Organizations, companies, and commercial entities may not register or use the Service. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
6. Member Guidelines
A. purnota.org may review and suspend accounts at its discretion.
B. Members consent to receive communication (email/SMS/calls) from purnota.org.
C. Only one biodata per person is allowed. Duplicates will be deactivated.
D. You certify that all information provided is accurate. Impersonation is illegal.
E. purnota.org may take action to prevent misuse.
F. Only practicing Muslims are permitted. Parental/guardian approval is required before publishing biodata.
G. All users must unconditionally agree to these terms.
H. No one may copy, screenshot, or share content for commercial purposes. Only links may be shared for personal marital use. Any misuse will result in account termination and possible legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and proprietary elements of purnota.org are protected. Copying or republishing any site material without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to legal consequences.
8. Copyright
No copyrighted or trademarked material may be posted without permission from the rightful owner.
9. User Interactions and Disputes
