At purnota.org, we value our customers and aim to ensure a smooth and trustworthy experience. Before purchasing any Connection, please take a moment to review our Refund Policy.

How Our System Works

To access the contact information of any biodata, you need to purchase a Connection. Each biodata requires one Connection. Please note:
purnota.org does not guarantee marital success or outcomes.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We may issue a refund in the following situations:

  1. Already Married: If, after purchasing a biodata, you find that the person is already married or in an ongoing marriage discussion, and you inform us — your Connection will be refunded.

  2. Fake Biodata: If a biodata is proven to be fake or fraudulent, you will get a refund.

  3. Failed Communication: If you are unable to contact the person despite genuine efforts, we will refund your Connection.

  4. Abusive Interaction: If you face abuse or serious mistreatment after reaching out to someone, we will review and refund accordingly.

  5. False Information: If you discover that the biodata contains false or misleading details (e.g. profession, age, marital status), a refund will be provided.

  6. Other Valid Reasons: If you have any other genuine reason, our customer care team will evaluate your complaint. If found valid, your Connection will be refunded within 7 days, Inshaaallah.

When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If either party rejects the alliance for personal reasons.

  • If you accidentally used a Connection and the profile was genuine and active.

  • If the biodata you viewed is still valid but did not meet your personal expectations.

Refund for Unused Connections

If:

  • You have successfully found your spouse, or

  • You are no longer interested in continuing our services,

...and still have unused Connections, you can apply for a refund of the remaining ones.

Here's how it works:

  • Email us at purnota.team@gmail.com.

  • We will calculate the average cost of your total Connection purchases.

  • Refunds will be given based on that average.

Conditions Apply:

  • If the Connection was purchased within the last 3 months, it is eligible for a refund.

  • If the Connection is older than 3 months, it is non-refundable — but you can still use it anytime, Inshaaallah.
